Refund policy

Our tees are made in small, limited batches — when a design sells out, it's gone. Because of that, all sales are final, with two exceptions:

Sizing exchanges. If your tee doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for a different size while that size is in stock. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you swap. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If your size has sold out, we'll offer store credit toward an upcoming drop.

Defects or mistakes. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, that's on us — email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To start an exchange or report an issue, email info@scrubhacks.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping on sizing exchanges; we cover shipping on defects and errors.
